About Hands Off Our Hills<\/h3>

Hands Off Our Hills<\/strong> are independent of any political party, we are made up from people of all walks of life. Funded by donations and public events, Hands Off Our Hills<\/strong> uses every penny received to help raise awareness and fund our campaigns<\/a> against these large industrial wind turbine sites.<\/p>\n

What we do<\/h3>\n

Our aim is to raise awareness of the proposed industrial wind turbine sites in the Galloway Hills<\/strong> and setup organised campaigns to fight them. We lobby both locally and nationally. All information provided by whistleblowers, internal researching and concerned residents is fact checked before we use it to strenghen our campaigns<\/a>.<\/p> <\/div><\/div>[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]

RES Community Liaison Group – Our Stance<\/h4>\n

It is imperative to underscore that Hands Off Our Hills<\/a> maintains NO<\/strong>\u00a0affiliation or alignment with any of the member groups or participants associated with the RES Community Liaison Group<\/a>. This initiative is perceived by us as a farcical public relations endeavour employed by RES to modify their planning application in response to community concerns and to gather additional information regarding opposition sentiments.<\/p>\n

Consequently, it should come as no surprise that Hands Off Our Hills will not participate in this community liaison group, and instead we will persist as vocal opponents of this corporate undertaking.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]

Hands Off Our Hills is made up of a group of teams who together make sure that our campaigns run smoothly.\u00a0 Each team is specifically setup in a way that allows our volunteers to use their own personal experiences and specialities. Each volunteer can pick and choose which team they want to work with, some whom work across many different teams, and there is absolutely no commitment whatsoever to the number of hours\/minutes they can dedicate to the campaign.<\/p>\n
